How long will my premium extensions last?

If you properly care for your extensions, they can last for years. Please see Hair Care Instructions for the best results.

When will I receive my premium hair extensions?

A shipping schedule is listed to determine when you should receive your order.

  • Orders are generally received sooner however, as a precaution we advise the schedule listed above. 
  • Overnight shipping is available for an additional $40.00
  • Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS/FEDEX unless otherwise noted.
  • In certain zip codes within Houston, Texas, delivery is available. Buyer is still responsible for shipping fee.
  • Delivery drivers do NOT carry cash or any additional hair merchandise. 

 

What is the return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to health regulations, Houstonhairfairy.com is obligated and required to maintain good hygienic standards. We will not make any exceptions. In unusual circumstances, an exchange may be warranted at the discretion of Houstonhairfairy.com. 
To accept your exchange ALL hair MUST be returned unworn, unaltered, with all tags and seals intact. Any alterations will prevent hair exchange. A photo of the package and condition of the hair will be sent to the e-mail address on file with narrative of the reason(s) why the exchange will or will not occur. This includes but isn't limited to hair that has been cut, combed, fingered combed, and brushed.  Any hair that's been compromised in relation to being wet, dyed, bleached or conditioned may not be exchanged. 
If a return is permitted, BUYER is responsible for ALL return shipping costs.  We will NOT pay or reimburse buyers for any returned shipping fees for any reason, foreign or domestic. 

What is the cancellation policy?

We want to provide the upmost confidence with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns you are welcome to contact us via phone, video chat or email before you place your order. Once your order is placed, you may not cancel it. Cancellations are considered refunds and we do not honor refunds. We will provide an option to change your order, however there will be an order change fee of $25.
